For delicate
workThe Sogo BAP-SS-3990 Mini digital kitchen scale is the ideal tool when you need to measure very small quantities with maximum precision. It is perfect for avant-garde cuisine, and especially pastries. It is a gram scale, with a maximum weight limit of 500 g.
A compact and elegant
designThe ultra-compact design makes this model a pocket-sized precision scale, designed to fit wherever a phone or calculator does. Its glossy gray finishes, with the Sogo logo on the cover, give it a certain elegance and high-tech gadget appearance. It has a small and practical LED screen where you can view all the information you need.
Ultra resistant
Being so manageable and easy to handle, this device needs to be able to withstand the impacts to which it will be subjected during transport. That is why this Sogo kitchen balance is made of resistant high-strength materials, which contributes to increasing its already long service life. On the other hand, and unlike other products that have rough or uncovered metal surfaces, this Sogo precision balance has a smooth non-stick surface. Thus, any stain that may make an appearance during use will be very easy to remove.
Battery
operatedThe Sogo mini digital scale is powered by two lithium batteries, included. So you can use it anywhere you need it, without worrying about having to plug it into a socket or charge it. After all, it would not make sense to create a portable scale of these dimensions accompanied by an impractical power cable.
Features Zero and Tara
featuresTo make it easier for you to use, when you need to weigh a product that is in a container, you can weigh the container first; Then, thanks to its tare function, the scale will automatically deduct its weight from the measurement. This way you won’t need to perform the calculations manually. And, if you want to restart the measurement, simply press the same button to activate the scale’s Zero function.
Very simple
operationIt only has 3 buttons. One for turning the device on and off, another to activate and deactivate the tare function, and a last one that will allow you to switch between different units of measurement. The Sogo BAP-SS-3990 Mini digital kitchen scale will allow you to measure weight in grams, ounces or micro weights (dwt). And, if you forget to turn it off, it will do it automatically to save batteries after a certain period of inactivity.
