Our History
1981
Foundation. The company is founded in a small office in Barcelona.
1991
New offices and warehouses established. Expansion into wholesale and retail chain distribution.
2001
Expansion of global operations.
2011
E-commerce. We begin our online presence through various channels.
2017
Presence in major retail chains. Increasing our online and retail partnerships.
2018
ISO 9001 certification. ISO 9001 certification is obtained.
2020
New e-commerce and ISO certification. The new SOGO Store is launched and ISO 13485 certification for medical devices is achieved.
2021
40th anniversary. 40 years since the company was founded.
